QUINCY — Aho Construction just entered its second phase of the Paradise Park neighborhood in Quincy, with buyers able to pick out lots and plans.
Paradise Park is a direct extension of the 400 nearby homes Paradise Flats acquired in 2006, said sales associate Guadalupe Perez. Aho Construction acquired the 68 acres off Jackrabbit Road, just east of Quincy High School, in October 2019. And, the company changed the name to recognize a new city-run park in the area.
The area, on the north side of Quincy, is growing fast, with the public school district’s dazzling new high school a major attraction.
According to ahoconstruction.com, Paradise Park is perfect for “growing families, empty-nesters and active retirees alike,” and a short drive from the Gorge Amphitheatre and Crescent Bar.
The company has been working with future homeowners to upgrade the new homes, including custom floor finishes and new garage door openers.
The development consists of 255 lots, Perez said, with the office at 12 K St. NE. Homeowners can choose from 14 plans, which can be viewed on the company’s website. Also on the Aho Construction website is an interactive plot map and floor plans, from 1,549 to 2,952 square feet, with 360-degree tours of completed homes from extensive photographs.
Homes run between $254,900 and $375,900.
